    This predoctoral and postdoctoral training program trains young investigators in age-related cognitive and neuropsychiatric disorders. The interdisciplinary program is funded by the National Institute on Aging, affiliated with the Department of Neurology and the Department of Psychiatry at the school of medicine, the Department of Mental Health at the school of public health and the Department of Psychology and Brain Sciences at the school of arts and sciences.

    The Fellowship Training Program in Geriatric Medicine and Gerontology at Johns Hopkins was established in 1983 and has trained over 200 physicians and research scientists. Many of our graduates have pursued exciting research and academic careers at a wide range of institutions, while others have become master clinicians and leaders in health systems. Our fellowship program is fully accredited by the Accreditation Council of Graduate Medical Education and is physically located on the campus of the Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center.
